Do you love engaging with gaming communities and keeping up with the latest digital trends? If social strategy, creator outreach, and community management are second nature to you, let's talk!

We are ok with having completely different time zones, but the rest of the team is working in Central European Time.

What we have to offer

• Part-time position for a duration of approximately 10 months
• Completely remote
• A very passionate, small team with a great atmosphere

Responsibilities

• Managing and growing a community Discord server
• Managing and growing multiple social media accounts across platforms such as TikTok, Bluesky, Instagram, and Xwitter.
• Managing & organizing paid creator outreach

What You’ll Need to Bring

• Strong communication skills & a proactive mindset
• Experience in managing & organizing creator outreach
• Up-to-date knowledge of social media, memes, trends, and digital discussions
• Ability to manage and grow gaming-related communities
• Fluent English skills
• Must be a freelancer or work-for-hire contract

Bonus Points

• Availability to start soon
• Previous experience managing a game community or social accounts
• Comfortable appearing in and collaborating on short-form video content
• Knowledge and Interest to improve our marketing strategy and planning
